End User License Agreement (EULA)

CZero Engine – Version 1.0 – August 2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and Fiefworks, Inc. ("Company"). By installing or using CZero Engine ("Software"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on devices you own or control. This is a license, not a sale. You do not acquire ownership rights to the Software.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where permitted by law.
  • Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Software without written permission.
  • Circumvent technical restrictions or use the Software in violation of applicable laws.

3. Ownership

Fiefworks, Inc. retains all intellectual property rights in and to the Software. The Software is protected by copyright, trademark, and international treaties.

4. Privacy and Data

The Software runs entirely on your device. No personal data, content, or usage information is uploaded to Fiefworks, Inc. or third parties. If you connect third-party services, their terms and privacy policies apply.

5. Modding and Community Content

You may create add-ons, mods, or integrations provided that they:

  • Do not infringe Fiefworks' or others' intellectual property rights,
  • Do not remove or bypass license restrictions, and
  • Are clearly distinguished from the official Software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fiefworks, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

8. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
